Description
Maco highly secure multipoint stable door lock with a 45mm Backset, 92mm Centres, 2 Hooks, latch & 2 Deadbolts.
A secure and flexible method which allows you to meet the needs of a stable door whilst retaining security and weather tightness of a residential door lock.
Chamfered locking hooks provide excellent weathersealing and make door easy to close and lock.
Integrated shootbolt interlocks top and bottom sashes together to form one door for extra security. The sashes can be opened together as one unit, or top sash can be opened while bottom remains locked.
The top section of the lock requires a normal 92mm cc lever handle which throws the hook. This is then deadlocked by a euro cylinder. On the bottom sash, the cylinder winds out the deadbolt (Turn 3 times), and fires the interlocking part into the upper sash. When the bottom section is unlocked a shootbolt engages into underside of the top section, allowing both doors to open together.
Maco easy latch reduces noise and the force required to latch the door and can be reversed via easily without the need for tools.
