High Leverage Diagonal Cutting Pliers VDE Grip74 06 200

The Knipex 74 06 series of diagonal pliers have high leverage with fixed, forged-on articulated axle for heavy-duty applications, so requiring 21% less effort for cutting and improving performance and reducing fatigue on all work applications.

Knipex 74 06 series come in 160, 180, and 200mm versions with VDE high leverage handles for added comfort, protection and a better grip.

The 74 06 series are ideal for soft or hard wire, including piano wire ranging from 2.0mm up to 4.2mm across the range sizes. The strong durable edges make an easy and clean cut, with long lasting results even under the toughest conditions.

Like most the Knipex range of nippers and cutters the 74 06 range are made from vanadium electric steel, oil hardened and tempered for longer life. The cutting edges are separately induction-hardened to approx. 64hrc. These pliers are made from top quality high grade tool steel and offer high leverage for high cutting performance with minimum effort.
