Exitex OUM/TD Thicker Door Sill (914mm) - Various Finishes

Detach ramp from aluminium sill section. Check width between outside faces of the doorframe rebate and cut aluminium section to this size. (See illustration) Check width between inside faces of doorframe rebate and cut aluminium ramp to this size. The sill requires an under door clearance of 19mm. If necessary, remove door and trim to allow for this. Position the sill between the doorframe and mark fixing points through countersunk holes. Remove sill, drill fixing holes and insert plugs. Apply sealing compound to underside of sill and screw into place. Clip on aluminium ramp. Underdoor Seal Carrier Remove rubber seals from aluminium carrier. Cut the underdoor seal carrier to the actual width of the door and apply a bead of Exitex Elast-O-Seal to the V groove and across each end. Fit the seal carrier with the upstand fitted tight to the bottom inside edge of the door. Screw into position. Cut the two seals 3mm longer than the aluminium and reinsert into grooves. Weather Deflector With the door closed measure across the outside face of the door less 6mm for the two endcaps. Cut deflector to this dimension. Install the endcaps into the aluminium section. Screw deflector into position.
